These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and the purchase of portable air conditioning units (the “Products”) offered through the Site. The Site is hosted by GoDaddy, LLC and operated by [Your Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions
   “Customer,” “you,” or “your” means any person who accesses the Site or places an order.
   “Order” means your request to purchase Products via the Site.
   “Payment Processor” means Stripe, Inc. or any successor provider.
    
2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site or place an Order. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
    
3. Account Registration
   • You may browse the Site without an account, but you must register or provide certain information to place an Order.
   • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
    
4. Orders & Acceptance
   • Order Submission: When you place an Order, you will receive an email confirming receipt (“Order Confirmation”).
   • Acceptance: Your Order is an offer to purchase, subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason (e.g., out of stock, pricing errors).
    
5. Pricing & Payment
   • All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise noted.
   • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the full amount (including shipping) to your chosen payment method.
   • We do not store your full payment details; Stripe handles all card information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
    
6. Shipping & Delivery
   • We ship to UK London only addresses; additional regions may be supported on a case-by-case basis.
   • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of Dispatch Confirmation.
   • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
    
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
   • Cancellation: You may cancel your Order before it has been dispatched by contacting customer support.
   • Returns: We accept returns of unused Products within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective.
   • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will issue a refund (minus any applicable fees) to your original payment method within 14 business days.
    
8. Warranty & Disclaimers
   Our Products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer per the instructions included with your Product.
   EXCEPT FOR THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, WE PROVIDE THE SITE AND PRODUCTS “AS IS” AND DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
    
9. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
   OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

    Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, England.
